large 3 bed ramsgate,large living/dining room, nice size kitchen fitted about 2 yrs ago,downstairs toilet,upstairs bathroom,storage cupboard understairs,also large cupboard just outside kitchen (i use it for tumble dryer etc)3 nice size beedrooms all with built in wardrobes.
ok size front garden a drive could be put in if you wanted to do it.
we never bothered coz we dont drive.nice size back garden with 6ft fence all round.both neighbours are very nice and are both private,
close to all amenities ie.... all schools less than 10 min walk away, local spar,chip shop,chinese,butchers and charity shop just round the corner,bus stops to ramsgate,margate,westwood cross,broadstairs etc also just round the corner,kids park 5 min walk away,more shops ie....post office,takeaways,doctors,and lots more about 10 min walk,train station,swimming pool about 10 min drive,beach and town 20 min drive.
short drive from open fields and kent international airport

what we want is 3 bed + dining room, or 4 bed in kent must be near to schools,public transport
