ive got a large two bedroomed ground floor flat,in elham close, margate kent. which has a big kitchen,lounge, bathroom and two big bedrooms.shared garden, but is only one who uses it really.double glazed and central heating. own brick shed and there is a rubbish shute, so no need to worry about rubbish bins.there are lots of local amenities,schools, tescos, newsagents,pubs, bus stops.i am looking to move to a two or three bedroomed house with a garden and parking for two cars in the following areas- st. peters, broadstairs, margate,westgate.
