i have a 2 bed masionette, it is on one one level but to enter property u have to go up about 15 steps on the side of the property.
i have 2 gardens front and back which are mine not shared.
th property has just had oak laminate flooring put through the hall and living area. a new kitchen was put in last month along with new flooring in bathroom and kitchen.
the whole propery has been recently decorated in neutral colours
the property has a good size double bedroom with a fitted cupboard in and a good size single.
The flat is double glazed with wooden frames the entrance door is triple glazed which again is new.Also in the last month a new boiler and clinder have been fitted.
The area is neighbourhood watch and the neibours are very nice it is a five minute walk to town two minutes to the beach. Schools and nurseries are very close also.
