I have a lovely 2 bed house in erith decorated a year ago new fitted kitchen decent size bedrooms/front room. Front garden paved with own parking space, back garden decking area grass lawn with potted plants and shed at end of garden, quite cul de sac for about 60 houses in total nice neighbours close to shops/railway/bus stop good connections to london and surrounding areas. I would love to stay but i have two kids with one on the way so desperantly need more space.
