I have a lovely 3 bed house in plumstead, london, which is on the welling border. My house is an end of terrace with a spacious front garden, which can be turned into a drive and a big back garden, which is mainly laid to lawn but also has a big decking area with steps and railings! I am close to all local amenities and various nursery's, infant, primary and secondary schools. I live only 10 minutes walk from welling train station and a 20 minute walk to woolwich train station which also has the DLR. But I also live on one of the main bus routes from woolwich to orpington.
