I have a 2 bed house in Peterborough, with newly fitted kitchen, bathroon, seperate toilet and central heating. It has a drive on the front with a bit of a garden and a small garden at the back, 2 double bedrooms. A small pantry in kitchen (not walk in) and a room added on to the kitchen (could be used as a utility room or wall knocked now to make lounge bigger). Nice quiet street (non estate) with friendly neighbours. Close to amenities. I want to move to be closer to family and have 3 children so ideally would like a 3/4 bed house but would except a spacious 2 bed. Has to have a garden and be close to amenities as I don't drive. Looking to move to Essex or London but would consider other areas and 3 way swaps. Thanks for looking.
