Cromer town (famous for its crabs!) is located on the North Norfolk Coast, and has been a hot-spot for tourism in the summer months for two centuries. Cromer Pier boasts to have been one of the first in the country, built in 1822.

The property is very well maintained, and would ideally suit a retired couple or small family, looking for an idealic town besides the coast with a friendly neighbourhood and very low crime rate.
I am very reluctant to leave, as Cromer also has good public transport into Norwich City Centre, but am now over 100 miles from any family member!

Would consider anything along the Flyde Coast, preferably only a walk from the Sea, and 10 miles from Blackpool.
