i live in a lovely large spacious 2 double bedrooms terrace house, spacious and bright living room, with a kitchen come dinning room at the back of the house. i have a small grass front garden with a large mainly paved back garden, with small areas for planting in. i have quite a few trees at the back of the garden, which bring in the birds and butterflies. the garden is surrounded by high fences and has a solid shed in the back garden. the house has been well maintained and decoration, (a little dated and needs updating).

i live 5 mins from local amenities, shops, sschools ect and on a good bus service route into town. 10 - 15 min walk to centre of town and a 5 min walk to the river walk. there is a millenum path along the river that can be biked on out into the countryside. i live 20 mins by car or bus from the seaside town of MOrecambe with fantastique vies over the bay. the estate is quite and i have brilliant neighbours who i will be sad to leave.

i need to move to Wigan, norley cross, worsley hall, marsh green, pemberton,areas. i would like a three bedroom house on the outskirts of an estate, with a backgarden, in a reasonable state of repair.
