I have a three bed semi in a quiet area of mowacre hill leicester.
we have a front and back garden the front would fit two cars and the back is a medium sized garden.
Down stairs there is a large living room 14ft by 16ft. There is also a medium sized kitchen with a shower room. We have got permission to take it out to make a bigger kitchen if we want.
Up stairs there are two double bedrooms and a large single also a bathroom and a aseperate toilet.
Also nearby there is local shops, hairdressers, laurderette, take aways, shopping centre, swimming baths, dentists, doctors, park, youth centre and community centre. we are looking for a house swap.
