We have lovely clean 3 bed semi detached house in Kirby Frith Leicester on a quiet cul-de-sac (outskirts of Glenfield)
Wooden floors from lounge to hall way, carpeted stairs.
Large recently decorated lounge leading off to large kitchen diner which is separated by 2 doors with windows which allows the sun to shine through all day.
Small garden at front & large fenced in garden at rear, with large shed for storage.
Off road parking for 2-3 cars.
2 good size bedrooms with a box room for the third ( although third room is quite roomy)
Recently decorated bathroom which consists of a toilet, basin, shower & bath. Extra Downstairs toilet & wash basin.
The schools, shops & bus stops are all in a short walking distance.
We are looking to move near our family who live in Markfield or surrounding areas.
Ideally we would like a 2 bed bungalow but will consider any 2 bed properties in Markfield or surrounding areas. Must have fenced in rear garden!!
