3 Bed hse in Grimsby looking for 3/4 bed house/bungalow in Scunthorpe or nearby

Hi

I have a 3 bedroom house in Grimsby, near to schools, colleges, bus routes, shops and swimming pool. I am between the village of Scartho and Grimsby town centre. My postcode is DN33 1BQ. House is on an estate but is on the very edge, literally at the begining of the first road. It's a very quiet road and not many people or cars go up or down, people don't use it as a 'cut through' or anything like that.

Grimsby town centre is about 25 minute walk away but there are also several buses that will take you there from the bus stop two minutes away. Town centre has plenty of choice of shops and two markets that are open several times a week. There is also the beautiful market town of Louth and seaside town Cleethorpes nearby that have shopping areas and markets. For larger city shopping centres Hull, Sheffield/Meadowhall and Lincoln are easily reached by car or public transport.

I am close to countryside, open spaces and wooded areas for walks, picnics etc
On the next road there is a children play centre with soft play, amusements and laser quest which costs £2.50 for a two hour session (everything inside is free) They also have serve food and have bingo nights for adults (children can play in the play area so you don't have to worry about babysitters)
We are never disturbed by it being there and my children enjoy going there.
The beach at Cleethorpes is about a 20 minute drive or about 45 minutes by bus.
Lots of schools nearby including one of the best in the county.
Heating is gas and we have double glazing and upvc front and back doors.
House has Right to buy and was fully re-wired earlier this year.
The area isn't quite semi-rural but isn't really town either.

The house has three bedrooms and a large bathroom upstairs.
Bathroom is easily big enough to be converted into a fourth bedroom (and a new bathroom created downstairs as a few houses here have anyway)
Downstairs there is a diningroom, living room, kitchen and toilet. There are also two walk in cupboards and the under stairs space for storage. We use one cupboard as a larder and one for coats, shoes and tools and general storage.

Garden is large, approx 65 x 25 ft and is fenced all round. Also has side access via a lockable gated alleyway. Only myself and the lady next door have the key for that so it's very secure. Garden is mostly grass with a small patio area and flower beds. There is a shed and greenhouse that I would consider leaving. Garden backs on to a church hall not another house or garden. We use the garden all the time and it's fine but it isn't totally level in places.
Front garden has a grassed area with more flower beds and own driveway with gates.

Neighbours are nice. On one side are a couple we very rarely see or hear a thing from and on the other side is a couple with children. The street is quiet, occassionally get children playing on the front but that's all.

Hallway has brand new solid pine door frames and skirting boards which were fitted last year. I couldn't decide whether I wanted these white or not so they are still plain wood but could easily be pained or stained if you prefer.
Living room had a new electric fire and surround fitted last year. The fire front doesn't actually get hot so is very safe for children.
A new boiler and radiators were also fitted in October 2007.
Dining room is quite large and has alcoves either side of the chimney breast. The fire can be moved in here if prefered as it's electric rather than gas.
Kitchen is a decent size and fits in a fridge freezer, dishwasher, washing machine and tumble dryer as well as the cupboards. Someone else may fit in more too as I have a range sized cooker which takes up more space than a standard one. Kitchen also has breakfast bar. The walls in the downstairs toilet have pine wainscott panelling3/4 of the way up and the rest is painted. Dining room and living room have laminate flooring. Kitchen has mosaic look floor tiles.

Bathroom has a bath and over bath shower, which was only fitted last year.

Ideally we are looking to move to Scunthorpe but will consider nearby areas. Need at least 3 bedrooms and want either separate dining and living rooms or a living room and kitchen/diner, utility room, conservatory etc and fair sized garden. We're not too concerned about decorating or if the garden needs some work.
