I have a three bedroom house in Grimsby (DN33 1BQ)
All three bedrooms are a good size and also have a seperate diningroom.

Downstairs is the Livingroom with fire and new fire place fitted last year. It's a fan type heater and doesn't get hot so great for small children. Room also has a raidator for heating. Fire can be moved and put in the diningroom if prefered as it's electric not gas. Diningroom is large with the chimney breast at end meaning there are two alcoves at one end.
Kitchen is medium sized and a door to the back garden. Next to the kitchen there is a walk in cupboard (that I use as a larder), the downstairs toilet and then another walk in cupboard.

Each bedroom is a good size (no box room) and the bathroom is quite big. bathroom has an electric over bath shower, fitted last year. In the hallway there is a storage cupboard where the boiler is situated but there is still quite a bit of space in there. New boiler and raidators where only fitted last October and new loft insulation is due to be laid after xmas.

House has very secure pvc front and back doors, which were fitted last year.

Garden is large, approximately 20 x 60ft and is mainly grass with a small patio. There is a small shed at the back and and I have a greehouse which I would consider leaving. There is a side gate and alley way that leads to the front of the house. This is covered and has a lockable gate that only myself and next door have a key for. A lot of people keep bikes in there. House has a smallish front garden and own gated driveway. There is also space to park outside the house.

This is a quiet street that doesn't get many cars going up and down or people walking past. Neighbours are nice, their is a family one side and a couple the other and I rarely see or hear anything from either of them.

There are shops, schools, doctors, colleges, churches, parks and bus stops all within easy walking distance. The swimming pool is a few minutes walk away and there is also a children play center just up the road. The town centre is about a 25 minute walk away, so 10 minute drive and there is countryside, woodland and the beach all in easy reach.

Am looking for a similar house in Cleethorpes/Humberston and will also consider Surrey/Hampshire/Berkshire/Middlesex/South or West London as that's where I am from. Don't mind if the house or garden needs work. Must have a good sized garden and would prefer separate dining and living rooms but a kitchen diner, utility room, garage accessible from the house, conservatory etc would be fine.
