Next year I want to exchange from Leeds to London.
Have a 2 bed ground floor flat with garage and shed. No-through road so traffic low and quiet. Nice neighbors.

2 mins from Kirkstall Abbey walks and woods, river.
10 mins from Headingley. Many sports clubs and City Centre 15 mins bus ride.
20 mins to dales Otley/Ilkley e.c.t.
Low bills and cost of living.
