The flat is on the 4th floor - top floor - but the building can also be entered from the second floor which is actually from the main street. The bottom entrance is from the parking area. Free parking is provided by the council in front of the building. It is a large and spacious flat - all rooms are a good size. Lots of storage space and a walk-in wardrobe. The view over London is brilliant as the building is located on a hill. The block of flats leads on to Lavender Hill so very good transport connections - lots of buses right outside the house. Clapham Junction train station is close by and so is Clapham Common tube station. Close to shops and other amenities: GPs, chemists, bars, restaurants etc. Very close to Clapham Common - Battersea Park is also nearby. My flat has recently been fitted with double glazing windows and a new boiler was put in Feb 2009. The flat also comes under the right to buy scheme.
