I have a 2 bed flat in a stand alone block in Brislington, Bristol. This is an ex-sheltered block and is very well looked after, clean and quiet. I am on the fifth floor with two lifts which are always working. The flat itself is bright and airy and has a large balcony. the heating is in with the rent, as is the laundry room which is used once a week on a rota basis. Very secure, and the block has parking and also a garage available for an extra £8 a week if needed. The block backs into a park (Victory Park). The buses take 10 mins to Bristol Temple Meads BR (Paddington or Waterloo) and 15 mins into City Centre. Also the other direction its a fast express bus service to Bath about 25mins. Really nice location to live, I just need to live in London (near to Highbury as possible to help out with my grandchildren). I want to move from September onwards. There is also an onsite caretaker/reception during the day.
