I have a 2 bed flat on 5th floor of a stand alone block in Brislington (Bristol). This block is for over 50s only...very quiet, it is an ex-sheltered block and is very well kept. There are 2 lifts always working, a laundry room which is in with the rent, heating in with the rent. The flat itself is airey and has a large balcony, which overlooks the local park (Victory Park). I am a 10 min bus ride to Temple Meads (BR) this goes to Paddington or Waterloo (about 1hr45mins). The other way a bus takes 25 mins to get to Bath.

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed place in North London or as near as possible to be nearer my grandchildren. This is the only reason I want to move as this is a very quiet well kept block with no trouble whatsoever. I do not need an overs 50s place as a swap am open to offers. I am looking to move late this year or early next year.
