I have a 2 bed flat on 5th floor of a stand alone block in Brislington, Bristol. There are two lifts which are always working, laundry room on ground floor (in with the rent) and central heating which is also included in the rent. This is an ex-sheltered block and is for only over 50s or as near as. Very well kept and has a caretaker on reception during the day, so very safe and secure (and warm).

Outside there is parking available in the grounds, and there is also a garage available at £8 per week if needed. Backs onto a park, 10/15 mins BR (Temple Meads)London 1hr 45 mins approx Paddington/Waterloo, and a 25/30 mins bus journey the other way to Bath.
