I have a 2 bed flat on the 5th floor of a standalone block in Bristol. Over 50s only...large balcony, backs onto a park (Victory park). This is a very well kept block as it is ex-sheltered, caretaker here on reception most days. Laundry room, central heating (communal), parking in forecourt, garage available at extra £8 per week in needed. There is disabled access to the rear of the block, and low level stairs to the front.

This is a very well looked after block, very clean, quiet and secure. 15 mins bus to Bristol City Centre and 25-30 mins to Bath in other direction. Main tenant has to be 50 or over but can have partner under 50. Child would be allowed over 18. Well behaved pets allowed.

I am looking for a move out of over 50s accommodation either in London or surrounding areas, but will also look at any offers in Bristol. I am prepared to go within 20 miles radius of London.
