I have a two large bedroom house with one bathroom + toilet, small kitchen with large green back garden and tall pine trees on the one end and also a front garden - plenty of parking space and a garage. I have lived in this house for 13 years and now need a bigger space to suffice our family needs. I had recently new central heating conversion plus double glazed windows fitted 2 years ago. It is a beautiful house with lots of potential if one can afford. The neighbours all mostly elderly and very friendly. I am 7 mins away from tube station and bus stop. I am 10 mins drive from Romford shopping Centre and 20 mins drive from Lakeside Shopping centre. Living in out skirts of Dagenham I describe my area as a very quite and peaceful place. I am 5 minute away from Borough of Havering where I take my kids to school. I am in no hurry although I have shortage of space. I would like to move to an area that offers more or less the same benefits.
