I have a 2 bedroom flat in north London at the bottom of crouch end in Islington n4. It is in a maisonette I am on first level not on ground. It a small block of 14 flats. Situated on its own on the road. I have lived here for 26yrs and have had no problems it’s a very quiet block. I am looking for a 3 bedroom or 2 bedroom with a garden all areas considered. My area has everything you need from 24hr shops to a local Tesco you can eat from a large selection of restaurants nearby. Lots of schools and parks central to most areas of London. I have a British rail station and underground 5 to 10 mins walk away. I have just had a new kitchen and bathroom installed my kitchen has all white units so is easy to match up. Have also had double glazing installed in the last week. The block is in the process of being painted inside and out. My room sizes are two double bedrooms one is slightly larger than the other with a built in wardrobe. Kitchen that has room for my cooker fridge freezer tumble dryer and washing machine lots of work surfaces and cupboards. Bathroom is sufficient size and brand new. Separate toilet. My front room is large enough to fit my 3 seater, 2 seater and armchair along with the usual things like TV etc. we have a communal garden for children if you have an animal that’s fine I have a cat.
