I have a 2 bed flat in a block (over 50s ex-sheltered) in Brislington (SE Bristol). 5th floor with 2 lifts. Balcony. Nice quiet, secure and clean. Caretkaer on reception, laundry room in with the Rent of £78 per week. Parking in forecourt or garage available at extra £8 per week. well behaved pets OK.

The block backs onto a park (Victory Park) and is nice and light and airey. 15 mins bus to Bristol City Centre (10 mins to Bristol Temple Meads) or 30 mins other direction to Bath City Centre. Really nice well kept block on its own (no estates around).

I am looking for a 1 or 2 bed property in London or surrounding areas. will consider 3 way exchange. I just need to move nearer to my grandchildren. Can't move before Sept 2010.
