I have a 2 bedroom top floor flat / 2nd floor, with large living room a brand new kitchen, private parking, with the possibility of a garage,and a beutifull veiw of Oxleays woods which are only a 2/3 minute walk away.Close to shops including restaurants post office and hairdressers.Train station is only a 10 min walk and highstreet only 6 to 8 bus stops away.As i'm over fifty i feel i need a change,a fresh start.I need a garden but am willing to consider a smaller place with only 1 bedroom.I would prefer somewhere around footscray,or there abouts.
