Hello, a much sort after area, i want to move from Basset Avenue Sslford, to possibly 2 bedroom flat or house, but if the bedroom is big, i will also say 1 bedroom. I would like to move closer to my job, so possibly near a motorway, i like to move to Swinton, or maybe near Hope Hospital.

My rent here is £56 per week. Cottage flat, so only one neighbour above. Have a communal garden at the back, and your own small garden at the front. And also the council come and mow the grass, so no hard graft in the garden. I have a water meter fitted, use only 2 units a month, so water rates is about £15 a month, which is brilliant.

Would like a quick move, so i can be in my new place by Christmas 2009. Thanks for looking.

Also, this is a council property, and looking to rent council or may even consider private if the rent is decent.
