We currently live in a 3 bedroom housing association semi detached in a quite residential area of bolton. the house has a downstairs toilet and a complete bathroom upstairs.It is on a small estate of around 250 other houses.the house is in a very quite part of the estate and faces a field.It has a small front garden and a rear medium size garden with a shed.Downstairs there are two reception rooms and a kitchen, upstairs are two double bedrooms and a smaller boxroom.There is plenty of cuboard space all over the house. Bolton is a large suburb of manchester it takes approx 10 mins to drive into bolton town centre and approx. 45mins to drive into manchester. We have access to a good bus route and local shops are about 10mins walk away. There are a good number of local schools nearby and a new health centre is being built this year.
We are a couple reaching our retirement and we wish to down size to a 2 bed house or bungalow either at the seaside or to a counrty village setting near the coast.We require access to local transport, and shops
and small garden in a quite peaceful setting suitable for retirement
