My flat is situated in a well-maintained twelve-storey block of flats. A large stretch of grass surrounds the building and it is fenced off from the main road. The fence is not visible as small trees and shrubs hide it. The property is set back, off the main road, in a quiet cul-de-sac with car-parking facilities outside the front entrance. There are CCTV cameras outside the premises and a Caretaker lives on site. He and the Caretaking team keep the place clean and tidy.

My 2-bedroom flat is located on the fifth floor, which can be accessed via two lifts or the stairs. There are 4 flats to each floor and the floor I live on is quiet, clean and have nice neighbours. My flat is central heated throughout. All the rooms are reasonably decorated, airy, bright, and spacious with stained/varnished wooden flooring throughout, apart from the kitchen and the bathroom, which are tiled.
