i have a 2 bedroom house in shard end c/h d/g big back garden and front gatrden with drive reason for exchange is due to having small space for my children as i have 3 kids and need an extra bedroom i wouldnt move if this wernt the case as i am in a lovly area and its nice and quitet i have good neighbours but due to circumstances have to move my house is decorated but does need doing again as 1 or 2 rooms are not due to not having time if ur intrested please email me thank you
