My house is a 3 bedroom house with gas central heating and double glazed windows. It has recently been fully damp proofed and is decorated to a high standard. I had a new white bathrrom suite fitted with white tiles friom ceiling ti fllor very clinical and clean!
The master bedroom is a nice size the other 2 are ok however the 3rd is big enough for a single bed and wardobe basically a box room.
The 2 lounge windows have made to measure hand made dark oak venetian blinds which are very nice.
My main reason for moving is to have a garden big enough for a shed and a trampoline my daughter craves. There is a yard at the back which a gate opens onto Exmouth Rd Back. There is a small front garden with a few shrubs.
