I have a 1st floor flat in a Housing 21 court. I have 1 bedroom and a low level shower in the bathroom, there is a sitting room and kitchen.I look out on a lovely orchard. The heating, hot water and laundry are paid for in a service charge. Only phone and electric have to be paid as bills. Therre are common room for company or youcan be private in your own flat. I need a bungalow so my dog can have a garden and not have to use the stairs (she does not like the lift) Please help.
