I currently live in a 3 bed semi in King's Lynn. the bedroom sizes are 7.8, 11.4 & 20.5sq ft. the lounge diner is 31.5 sqft. I have a downstairs bathroom, upstairs wc, small kitchen, a good sized garden and a front yard big enough to park 1 car on at least. I am within walking distance to schools, parks, drs, dentists, hairdressers & a garage, am on a bus route in to town. The house is about 10 min drive from town.

I Would like a 3 bed semi with a small garden at least, with the 3rd bedroom been slightly bigger than what I have at the moment. Be on the bus route and close to good schools & local amenities.
