I have a spacious 2 bed house in a quiet cul de-sac in hoveton near wroxham. It was built 3 years ago and has a medium sized garden. I have great schools just down the road which my children currently go too. There is a supermarket, garden centre and clothes shop within walking distance. The house itself is a good size. The biggest bedroom is the same size as my lounge and the second bedroom, which i use easily fits a double bed and wardrobes. I have a downstairs toilet aswell as the family bathroom. I am looking for a 3bed house because my children are growing fast and no longer want to share. I would prefer village location but would consider some areas of norwich as long as there are schools close buy. must have a medium/ large garden
