I live in a 3 bed house which is housing association. It has front and back gardens. The back garden has a patio area with shed and there is an additional storage shed at the front of the house. The house has a large kitchen which fits a large dining table in very comfortably and reasonable size lounge. The hallway and kitchen I floor tiled last year and the kitchen has also been tastefully tiled, but the walls have not yet been repainted. There is a downstairs toilet and upstairs there is a bathroom which has a over the bath power shower fitted. The house has full gas central heating and double glazing including front and back door. Although the parking is not on the property there is a residents parking, car park right infront of the house and there also garages available to rent within 20mtrs of the house too.
I live in whitfield just on the outside of dover, within 10min walk of a 24hr tesco xtra store, there is two pubs within less than 10 min walking distance, a McDonalds and a post office/convenience store, doctors surgery and a veterinary practise.
There are also several schools close by two of which one is a primary and one is a senior school are both within easy walking distance.
i am looking for a 3bed house or bungalow with at least a back garden perferably rural but will consider others. need to be able to park car outside of house if no driveway. must have central heating.
