we have a 3 bed house in stamford lincolnshire ,end house in a quiet cul-de-sac,with parking areas, close to schools , town , park ,all in walking distance, gsh, d/g ,shower, fitted kitchen with tiled floor, , back garden fully fenced off with 6ft fence , and 2 out houses ,we will consider any other areas , so please feel free to ask ..room sizes are kitchen 12ft-7,6", living room 14ft-12ft, bathroom 6ft6"-6ft ,bedroom1, 12ft-9ft6" bedroom2. 12ft-8ft bedroom3 9ft-9ft L shaped there is garden at side of house aswell as round the back which is graveled and bark, front garden is grassed with a hedge and fence.
