3 Bed semi in small village close to towns. The village is split by the road. It great as its a five minute walk but you can't see it or hear it.On my moms side has less than 20 house and a church. It has a nursey school, post box and a great bus service into nottingham or newark. Either side of the village are other villages which are bigger and have schools, post office and shop. For junior and senior children you get to choose which area/schools they go to as you are right in the middle. The property has a large garden and off road parking, hall reception with cupboard for cloakroom or storage, fitted kitchen, storage room, central heating and double glazing. There is a large living room so take your pick where your dinner table will be in either rooms. It has two double bedrooms and one single which is still spacious.
