i currently have a lovely 2 bed first floor maisonette new kitchen and bathroom fitted in dec 09 newly decorated throught out last year with cream walls throughout (all walls have been plastered also) and cream carpets, lino in kitchen and bathroom, brand new electrical work and insulation very large rooms with loads of space there is large storage cupboard in second room,large walk in cupboard for coats shoes hoover ect and airing cupboard further down hall, my bedroom is very large i currently have king size bed in the room so may appear smaller on photos, am on kilnbrook avenue located near gleneagles drive currently renting from gedling homes looking to exchange now due to needing 3 bedroom wanting arnold/killisick
