i have a 3bed council house on bentwell avenue in arnold, large kitchen, large front (space for a drive) and rear gardens. upstairs bathroom and downstairs toilet. large bedrooms, though one is only a 10ft X 10ft box room) 23 foot downstairs hallway and spaceous storage cuboard under the stairs. fgch. new kitchen/ bathroom, windows ect... sometime this year (i was away when they came to fit them last year, but council have assured me i am added to next lot) looking for simular house in arnold only (not killisick guiness trust estate, daybrook sherwood or bestwood please)
