Mine is a ground floor maisonette with its own back garden (with shed) and a communal front garden. it has one large and one fair sized bedroom, and there is one property above. neighbours all great- lived here 5 years now and only moving to study in Oxford in October.
out the back there is a fantastic primary school across a little green, and out the front there is a shopping centre, cinema, restaurants, all amenities and good lublic transport links. there is parking available and the optio nto rent a garage as well. it is a council property with the right to buy.
five minutes walk takes you to the swimming pool and beautiful open green spaces, great high school and the fairground, with a further five minutes walk to the historic city centre and the old colleges. this is a really convenient place to live in a very beautiful city.
