We have a two bedroomed bungalow in lovely village of Repton close to A38 between Derby and Burton.Bus service to each and locally is a Spar shop,butchers chip shop and Indian resturant and chinese takeaway. There is a primary school and the well known Repton private shool. We have a driveway with room for two cars private enclosed rear garden,conservatory modern kitchen and living room and two bedrooms large enough for double beds.it is situated on the edge of fields leading to the village of Milton,double glazed and gas heating.and around six yrs. old. We would like exchange for a bungalow,two bedroomed and with access to Minehead and doctors and shop.Minehead would be preferable but easy reach of transport would be acceptable or any village close to minehead area.
