hi have a 1 bedroom flat in maidstone kent me168qj, its at the end of the town but close to all amenities including 2 train stations near by going to london and the coast and surrounding areas like ashford international..i have a brand new bathroom suite with power shower..i also have a brand new fitted kitchen!!
it has a car park which allows you up to 2 cars and also have outside storage, i have lamenated flooring in the front room but rest are carpets except bathroom and kitchen.
i also have a balcony overlooking the river, im on the 6th floor but i will stress that these are not high rised flats, im a not on an estate and its quiet here considering close to everything..if you want more dtails or your intrested then do contact me i can only say no!
