3 bed semi buttlane kidsgrove,large breakfast kitchen,downstairs toilet and plenty of storage,getting new kitchen this year.large rear garden recently fenced off with shed,backing onto farmland.gas combi boiler and double glazed windows and back door.no parking but plenty of room to put in a drive at the front.nice friendly neighbours,genuine reason for wanting to move,looking for kidsgrove (gibson close/vinebank road area),whitehill or rookery.moving costs paid for the right house.
