lovely 2 bed house in quiet part of clayton, near 2 schools, shops and bus routes. house is newly decorated/carpeted, all rooms are a really good size. must be viewed internally to appreciate fully, it has an easily maintained garden, lovely neighbours. only reason for move is we need a bigger house so my partner and i can move in together and accomodate 3 children. most areas will be considered, also may consider large 2 bed with view 2 splitting a bedroom or terraced with 2 living rooms.
