I have a 4 Bedroom House in Tamworth in the West Mids. 13 miles from Birmingham. Nice town in a countryside location.
We have 2 Double Bedrooms, 2 Single bedrooms and a large storage cupboard as well as a newly refitted bathroom upstairs.
Downstairs we have a 4mx4m Lounge a large kitchen diner with room for an 8 seat table and a downstairs toilet. The kitchen is due for replacement for 2009/2010 although it is in good order.
Seperate porch with level access.
The area is very good with excellent neighbours and schools.
The house has RTB.

We are looking for a 4-5 Bedroom house and would consider any area. We would prefer coastal or rural, but give us a try. I have photos i can email to you if required.
