PLEASE NOTE: This is an UPPER FLOOR maisonette, just wanted to let you all know.. And the only reason for our wanting to swap is because our children are ages 3, 2 and 1, we are also now expecting our 4th baby, so we need a house where it is easier for us to take them out, also a garden would be essential. Our home is lovely and if wasn't for the fact of having such young children we would not want to relocate. The kitchen is very nicely sized as is the living room and 2 of the bedrooms, the 3rd is used for our 2 sons it is rather small but it fits 2 cot beds plus toys in easily. bathroom and toilet are seperate. Please note the decor in some rooms has not been finished as we have only been here a short time and the only room that is really finished is the living room.
