The entrance is security fob and then on entrance you have a large hallway that is approximately 25ft long.The first room is a double bedroom with built in storage and plenty of plug sockets.Further down the hall is the bathroom and then a bit further you have the living room.There are two built in storage cupboards and again loads of plug sockets.Then we have the kitchen off the living room which has just been replaced and also had new flooring.The flat has fitted carpet throughout and double glazing.Radiators are all over the flat so the central heating is brilliant.There is gas and electric and everything can be controlled from one dial on one of the fitted cupboards.
Situated in a very quiet part of stafford with easy access to all amenities and good parking.
I would like to move to the out lying countryside or a small town like stone,woodseaves,penkridge or something like that.
I would prefer a 2 bed anything but would consider a 1 bed.
