We want to swap one bedroom council flat (with rtb) in Kingston upon Thames for one bedroom council flat in another area, preferably, SW London, Surrey or Wimbledon, but we will consider other areas as well.
The flat is on a the 2nd floor of the council estate (at the very quiet end), building has 3 floors in total, a 15min walk from Kingston town centre, 5 min from Norbiton train station, about 25min to Waterloo.
The flat is quite large, we have new wooden floor in the bedroom and new carpets in the living room/corridor, there are also new windows and a plenty of storage space. The kitchen and the bathroom might need some decorating, although both are newly painted. There is a possibility to have either BT or Virgin phone/internet line.
