Clean and fresh decoration and a sunny south facing back garden. Kitchen fitted only 1 year ago. Local primary school and nursery unit at the end of the road! Local market town is about 1.5 miles away, with good links to London, Gatwick and Guildford. Parking here is no problem as there is a residential car park to the front of the house. Neighbours are lovely. Only reason for wanting to move is as we now have 3 children of mixed sex and they are all in one room. Would ideally like a 3/4 bed house in Surrey/West Sussex areas.
