hi we have a 3 bed mid terraced house in a row of4 in a quiet cul-de -sac public transport doctors school local shops asda etc 10 mins walk or 5 mins by car we are 10 mins by car or public transport to epsom town centre where you pass the downs where derby is held the town center has a shopping centre and a weekly market central london is 30 mins by train we have excellent schools and colleges all accessed by public transport or within walking distancewe are close to the following areas but there not on your doorstep these sre kingston leatherhead dorking redhill reigate sutton crawley and gatwick all between 10 to 20 mins drive we are even only 40 mins from brighton worthing arundel etc public transport runs to all these areas we are surrounded by country side but not isolated our house has a fenced in front garden parking no problem right outside gate and visitor bay we have a small green feild outside no main roads our house is spacious the hallway has a storage cupboard the kitchen is 15x13 the downstairs toilet and sink is7x6 the liveing room is14x20 which leads out to the garden the upstairs landing is9.3x7.4 bedrm one is 12x12 bedrm two is 12.6x12.6 bedrm three is 15x10 all have large built in wardrobes the bathroom is 10x9 tiled one large cupboards one under sink unit the house is newly decorated new carpets throughout the garden is roughly 30x45 with patio and shed with 6ft fenceing all round lovely sun trap no back access this a safe and freindly area with best of both worlds of being rural but a drive away from everything we have been happy here for 8years and am only moveing to be more rural or coastal would like charlwood leigh newdigate and surroundig areas other areas will be looked at am flexable would take a bungalow need garden
