hi,i have a 3 beroom house in barmston tyne and wear,iam looking to exchange into a 4 bedroom,will consider all areas,
my house has 2 double bedrooms and 1 single,a separate bathroom and toilet,fully fitted kitchen/diner.the whole house is freshly decorated in neutral colours with new carpets upstairs and laminate flooring downstairs.i have gardens front and back which are fully enclosed(1 is south facing so is a great suntrap).it is freshly modernised by council.neighbours are great and freindly,need bigger house other wise wouldnt consider moving.it is also close to good schools and shops and close to bus links for easy travel.i would like to stay in washington or sunderland but i will consider ALL areas.
