i have a 4/5 bedroom house in wasington tyne and wear iam looking to down size into a 3 bedroom but it must be in washington my house has 2 double bedrooms and two smaller (not box rooms)it also has the added bonus of a seperate downstairs dinning room which can easily be used as the 5th bedroom,fully modernised by gentoo has combined bathroom and toilet upstairs and down stairs w/c which is big ewnough to convert intop a shower room or use as a utility room as will easily accomodate a washing machine,all down stairs has newly fitted wood floors and upstairs has new neutral carpets.lovely house but just too big.WILL ONLY CONSIDER WASINGTON AREAS
