i live in a large 2 bedroom maisonette in newbold, it has own entrance porch which is fully secure with 2 sheds in the porch with back door leading to large back garden which is fully fenced! there is a large front room,large kitchen one large bedroom & one smaller bedroom.balcony!! it has understairs storage and built in cupboard at top of stairs. 5 min walk to schools,100yrds to shop,20 min walk to tesco,retail park & town.bus route near.
i would like a 2 bed house most areas of rugby considered, would be nice to have garden & parking .
