my two bedroom flat is in a private area not on a council estate even though its a council property , so if your looking to get away from an estate it would be ideal , its in a listed building with high ceiling rooms communal garden residents only parking, double glazed sash windows at the front 5 mins from leamington town centre and close to all the great parks in the area schools shops etc,the area is willes road leamington and the building is listed and a great tourist attraction to leamington so always kept in great condition by the council. only 3 other residents in the block . very quiet sought after area, i need a 3 bedroom property any area considered mainly because of my daughters illness i need more space,
